Consumers: If you incur expenses through your participation in ad hoc activities such as events, site visits or media activities, you are eligible for reimbursement. This will be paid upon the provision of receipts or proof of payment provided.

Consumer Representatives: If you incur reasonable expenses in excess of the Consumer Representative allowance, or throughout your involvement in other activities or engagements you may request reimbursement instead of the allowance.
